Central Florida’s moderate climate is perfect for year-round outdoor sports. Additionally, most of our annual rainfall tends to occur during the late afternoon, reducing the chances for rained-out events.
Temperature
Average high temperature for the Greater Orlando area is around 83° Fahrenheit. The seasonal peak (typically about 92° Fahrenheit) comes during the summer months; however, winters are very mild, with average monthly temperatures in the high 60s and low 70s (Fahrenheit).
Rainfall
Average normal precipitation in the Greater Orlando area is about four inches. Rainfall during the summer months can reach seven inches, and two inches is not unusual for the spring months.
Humidity
Average annual humidity in the Greater Orlando area is around 75%. August and September usually experience the highest average humidity, at around 80%, and the lowest average humidity levels (around 70% or less) occur during the spring.
